I gave a four not because of the service department but because I sure wish you could afford some new chairs! Since I have to wait 3/4 hours for my car, it would be nice to have something newer and comfortable to sit in. I know some other people who have said the same thing. On a better note, my service advisor was great. He answered any question I had and was very polite.

The BMW of Jackson is a place you can take your vehicle and know it will be serviced and/or repaired exactly like they say it will. No surprises. On this visit there was some damage to one tire. They replaced my old tire with a brand new origional equipment run flat all at their expense. Adam Galdden and Terry Garner are the best.

Vehicle has never been repaired correctly the first time. Something is always left loose and then I am talked to like I'm stupid when I bring it back. Lied to about the repairs. This has been going on for several years.

No one answered the phone, leaving messages for service, no one responded, I called for over a week, finally getting through and I was able to a appointment ,the lady that answered the phone was not nice, she was very unpleasant I don’t normally write bad reviews but, Jackson BMW , gets a 0 rating from me on getting through for a an appointment,
I was told the appointment would be 1.5 hours. At the 3 hour mark, I told them I needed to leave and they hurriedly put the tire on that had been scheduled. This happens every time.

I’ve been driving a BMW for 44 years and everyone that I encounter from Sales to Service has always been professional. In addition, I can drive in without an appointment and my needs are always taken care of. The service and friendly manner are just like in the old days when people take time to listen and not rush you off. Everyone always has time to acknowledge you with friendly words! My 640 I X GT didn’t take long to repair. I left it Monday afternoon, and on Wednesday early morning I had received call that car is ready. I like how there’s a site that updates your car being serviced, and also provides you with a statement of what services your car is needing.
Worse car wash ever! Came for a recall and to get car washed look like my child washed it.!

Yes, brought my 2014 BMW 528i in for lighting issues. They were able to get the lights back on however, I was told I would have to reschedule or bring it back in to get the two headlights malfunctioning notifications off. The job was not complete, have to bring back and get another service fee along with whatever repairs need to be done.

I had to come back in to the dealership for a problem that they should have addressed when I was there the week before. I couldn't just bring it in the second time because I had to schedule an appointment. The appointment was at an inconvenient time for me. I feel that they should have made an exception because it was BMW's fault that it wasn't addressed. The problem with the antifreeze coolant still is not fixed.

I am rating my advisor, Adam, a 10/10 because he was the only person who stayed professional and saw this through to the end. However, the communication breakdown between the BMW Service department and the Body Shop over the last three years was unacceptable.
My car was originally brought in for front-end damage in August 2023. For two years, my left turn signal was intermittent. Everything was fine however it always takes longer than expected.. Adam the service rep was great. He issued a loaner car when service completion was going to take several days.
All questions answered clearly, there was good communication through the day and the whole process was smooth and easy
I appreciate the service on my car and I definitely appreciate the NICE loaner vehicles that I receive while my car is being serviced.. I’m provided updates and contact information if needed while my car is being serviced.
