I’ve had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership. Greatly dissatisfied with the service and the service representative. Josh a service rep was one of most unprofessional nonchalant and dismissive representatives I’ve ever had. On top of keeping my car for over a month I paid 1,200 upon being fixed. I recently brought my vehicle in for a routine service visit. I am a returning customer; I’ve had my BMW serviced at this dealership for years. The entire experience of this visit can be characterized by the complete inability to get anyone on the phone or get a phone call back. This is not acceptable.

As BMW owners for over 20 years, the service department at Herrin Gear has always provided us excellent service. Terry Garner, the service manager is top notch. Adam, our service rep has always been accommodating when we need service. When purchasing a vehicle, your options are wide open, but for us the most important requirement is service after the purchase and the reason we have purchased all of our BMWs from Herring Gear. The management are great people but the mechanics are some of the worst I’ve ever been involved with absolutely awful! I will be writing to the BBB to make more of a formal complaint to get my money returned for such awful work. My BMW is still not up to par.

Vehicle doing the same it was doing when I took to have serviced. Drove vehicle home and drove 2 days later and vehicle overheated which left me and my kids waiting for someone to pick us up. Upon taking back to dealership they replaced my coolant tank but not the cap and charged me extra to replace the cap. Terrible

I was out of town and the dealership went the extra mile to go to my vehicle to pick it up and take it back to the service center, complete the service and return the vehicle to the pickup location so it was there and ready for me when I returned in the middle of the night. I went to the nearest BMW dealer I could find, Herron-Gear. I pulled in on Friday afternoon, 3 July without an appointment, but they got me in and fixed my car (ignition switch) very quickly and I was able to continue my cross-country trip. Thank you!!

Did good job replacing tires. Did not wash car. When asked for shuttle service pick up, waited and hour and half when was told I should hear from the driver in 15 to 30 minutes. Ended up taking Lyft to go back to dealership since I did not want to wait any longer. Poor service overall and would not recommend to others nor will I be using the dealership again.
